   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I wish I could give Shayna 10 stars if Google allowed it — 5 stars just aren’t enough! To start with, everyone could learn true customer service from Shayna. She went absolutely above and beyond. I emailed her late on a Saturday night, and she replied early Sunday morning before most people were even awake! Their office is open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 3pm, but as a full-time employee, I couldn’t make it during those hours. Shayna kindly opened the office on a Sunday just to show me the car — even though she wasn’t sure if I would buy it or not. In the end, I did buy it, and the next day she even came all the way from Wellington to Lower Hutt to pick me up so I could collect the car after hours. Thank you, Shayna — buying a car with you was an amazing experience!

   We went to the Wellington Motor Company with cash and specific stuff we needed. (Family Car, Cheap on gas etc). We had a car in mind but Shayna was absolutely amazing and put us in the direction of an even better car that would full our needs even more. The whole team was amazing and couldn't have been more happy with the service. We love our new car and my husband and I fight over who will drive.. (I usually lose at paper scissors rock) haha. But genuinely love it and when we need to replace our second car we will be going straight to Shayna!! Thankyou so much team!!

   Great Selection of Used Vehicles, at fair prices! Both Fresh Imports, mostly Japanese (the best), and top-quality vehicles from customer trade ins. The business is Family owned, with a strong showing of professionalism and excellent customer facing service, no pushy salesmen here! Easy to contact and deal with, had no issues with me getting a pre-purchase inspection on the vehicle I was interested in, even recommended a qualified mechanic and sorted out the event for me. Upstanding Business, run by a pair of top-notch Kiwi blokes. Very happy new owner of a 2008 Nissan X-trail here. best experience with a car dealer I have ever had.
