   Probably the worst McDonalds in Auckland, the fries tasted old and weird, like they were from the day before. Never coming back here again. Complete waste of money. It doesn’t even deserve one star.

   I ordered a mc spicy burger and was really disappointed — it was cold, and the lettuce was clearly old and wilted. Definitely not the quality you'd expect from McDonald’s. Won’t be coming back to this location unless things improve.

   My partner and I came to have lunch here we were in the mood for mc spicy chicken but had the worst service and food ever. The staff was rude and had such bad attitude. The fries were cold and had no salt in it and it was bland I had to return it 3 times. The chicken was dry and over cooked. The lettuce was old and black. I had to drive back to return it and we got another meal but the chicken was still dry and chewy and over cooked. The staff need to get trained and the head office needs to check on them. Spoilt our mood and appetite.

   Pretty average even for McDonald's, would have to give them 1 out of 10 for effort making my "chicken wrap". Looked like it had been made by a 2 year old, munched by a goat then run over by a car, worst Ive ever seen. AVOID unless you're desperate

   Bought a double cheeseburger combo and nuggets from Uber eats. Burger was so dry and hard as if it was sitting in their warmers for days! The fries were chewy and did not taste fresh or hot either! Absolutely disappointed with the food at this particular store, unfortunately this is not the first time.

   Honestly, the service here today was trash. They tried to rip us off and thought we wouldn't notice lol!!! And then they tried moving us out of the drive thru without our full order! Absolutely disgusted in the behavior. Not even a simple apology for their fckup. Yet the night shift are always on point. Never an issue. Don't work in maccas if your strength isn't customer service.

   very hit or miss with the drive through. once went in and ordered off of the order machine and was told something i ordered was not available for another two weeks (why let me order then?). another time had to sit and wait for 20 minutes for $4 worth of food- had to go up and ask for my food after waiting so long.

   The drive-thru is painfully slow and the food is often low quality. Cars are frequently parked because food is not ready. After waiting 20+ minutes in a busy line the fries are often cold and the burger meat is dry and stale tasting. Freshness of products isn’t a priority. More recently the ice cream has been out of service or they have run out of ice cream.
