   It was the worst fast food experience I've had in years. The food was terrible, the price was ridiculous, 3 burgers, and 3 desert cost $50 without chips or drinks. The burgers were cold, dry, and looked like they had been sitting around all day. We ended up putting them in the bin. The place was dirty. The TV only worked on half the screen. Wait time was excessive. Well, we waited another customer returned their drinks back with a complaint.

   YOUR STAFF NEEDS REAL TRAINING. We received BURNT buns in both burgers and no just light burns but completely black buns from inside. Who’s cooking at the back gives no shit about the customers and only then someone can offer dead cold fries with burnt buns. Never ordering from your store ever again and never recommending anyone to try your store. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. A little attention wont be a big problem.. we are paying for the food.. its not free food.. have some decency.. does your staff eat these burnt burgers too? Extremely unbelievable..

   Still okay. Drive through still way better than the Glendene branch by a million miles. Food always hot and served in a timely manner and have not had missing items as of late. I've noticed also the interior isn't as nice like the good old days.

   I stopped here last weekend for a quick lunch as we were in the area. Firstly, the service was pretty bad. There was very little acknowledgment while going through the drive thru and it is clear they would rather be elsewhere. However, the food was still good and in a fast food establishment, this is what really counts to me. I cannot really complain about the burger, fries or drink. The New Lynn branch is quite decent and would go back if I was ever in the area.

   The new worker servicing was nice, but the fiod, environment, and atmosphere was pretty shabby. I remember when this place opened many years back. Shame it was let to fall as poor as it is. I love burger king in NZ and the USA and Hungy Jacks in Aussie. This is the poorest i have been too. I am sure the owners could invest in some basic maintenance.

   Friendly service; though sometimes can be too friendly and too helpful, which then sacrifice the speed of service: Explaining the way to go to titirangi bay to customer in such great details for a good 5 minutes although she's the only staff at the front of the store, and there are at least 4 customers queueing + many more in the drivethrough. The store is quite clean and have games section. If you don't mind to wait 20 minutes to get your meal, then this can be your place to go.

   We had order Chipotle Buttermilk Fried Chicken Regular Value Meal through the app. First time when we got the order the chicken fillet seemed stale, burned and refried just to heat it up which. The staff replaced the meal and gave me a fresh burger. But my bad luck again this time the fillet was uncooked. The staff offered me a refund but a mier $12 would'nt have made any difference. I know BK would'nt probably care about this comment but their quality is degrading day by day.. Picture for reference

   I can say it has served me well. Very tasty hot food . Nice cold drinks staff are busy , they do a great job . I only brought the 6 dollar combo , it served me well, thanks for my full tummy of yummy Rodeo burger , the bacon and grilled onion with BBQ in a soft bun . With cheese , chips and a drink. Perfect ending to my already full day . Thanks
