    What attracted me to the Better Sleep website in the first instance was the quality of the resources and information - most if not all were evidence based and many were meta analyses of many studies. Then when I had my sessions with Dan, I saw he drew on these studies. His advice was really helpful and his strategies were doable. I had three sessions which seemed enough to sort out some of my dysfunctional beliefs about sleep and some of the triggers that impacted my sleep quality. I feel very lucky to have experienced these and to have the ability to email for more appointments should I feel I need them. I should also add, the admin staff are great too.

    I worked with Staf for sleep therapy and it has genuinely changed my life. I had severe insomnia for about a year, with years of on and off problems before that. I felt constantly tired, anxious about sleep, and stuck in a place where my personal and professional goals felt out of reach because I was so fatigued and consumed by my insomnia. I managed to achieve all my personal and professional goals while going through sleep therapy. I feel healthier, more focused, excited about life and no longer controlled by my sleep issues. I am deeply grateful for the support I received. If you are considering sleep therapy, I highly encourage you to go for it. It gave me my life back.
