Never running on time. We always have to wait 15 - 30 mins at least. It's really tough with a young child. If they're too busy then they should do something about it and be honest about how they treat their customers.
Highly highly recommend! Dr Brian, the nurses and the receptionists are all very kind and caring. I'm glad we have such a good GP in our neighbourhood :)

If you are lucky enough to enrol here, Dr Brian and the rest of the staff here are fantastic. Such incredible assets to have the in NZ medical system. We and our young daughter were always in the best hands.

We waited over a year to get enrolled and now that we're in, it took us 2 or 3 days to be seen by the GP. I have a little kid who often got sick this winter and we ended up going to a walk in GP in cbd or we just went straight to ED. In our previous GP, if they're fully booked, they atleast find ways for us to be phoned by GP on same day or the following. It is a mistake taking in enrolees and not take care of them when they needed the most.
We've recently enrolled in this clinic and so far we've been very happy as we are able to get appointment quickly, everyone is very nice and they are punctual, our appointment happened at booked time.
Lovely staff across the board. Busy practice with the phone ringing every 10 seconds yet front desk are always friendly, helpful and happy to help everyone they are attending to!
All the staff at this medical centre are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. I love that I can get my blood tests done here also even if I have to pay extra it means I can get all the procedures I need done in the same place. Very clean, modern clinic. There is also a chemist downstairs which is very handy.
