So grateful! My cars starter motor failed just minutes before my full license test at VTNZ on Brunswick street. In a desperate attempt to be able to do the test, we asked a kind staff member at Tuffy auto parts to see if there was anything we could do. I believe he was also affiliated with Battery Bill and drove over straight away to help us out (free of charge!!) and I was able to do my test! Forever grateful and can’t recommend them enough
Owen turned up after hours to ensure my pride n joy was taken care of (Harley Nightrain) turns out it was a battery issue . Very knowledgeable , problem solved , highly recommend , all set for Christmas break !
Great service by Owen. I called on a weekend asking to sort out a battery replacement. It was done on the Monday morning. No hassles, great communication, nice guy.
