The café was recommended, and it didn't disappoint. Parking in front and the back made it easy to find a spot. The team are friendly and efficient. The coffee was excellent. A place to visit on your way to or back, or just because.

It was a cold, wet summer's day and we were kicking ourselves for not dressing for the weather until we came upon this sweet little cafe with the nicest people serving us. The cheese scones were so delicious, we ordered one to share, then went back for one more, even better it was on the house. Best coffee too. I love the Kiwis. They are so quiet, down to earth and genuinely friendly people.

Edit. My second visit was at lunchtime on the last Sunday before Christmas. It was a beautiful sunny day so, naturally, the place was packed. But that made no difference to my previous experience. The staff were friendly and willing to accommodate my many digestive challenges. And the food appeared so quickly you would have thought the place was empty. And, as last time, the food and coffee was amazing! A simply perfect place to enjoy lunch. Beautiful surroundings, prompt friendly service and great food and coffee. What more do you need? Parking? Plenty of that! And plenty of tables to accommodate a busy lunchtime.

Our favourite spot as a young family of six! Even better that we can bring our beloved pooch. The food is delicious, the outdoor area is perfect, and with four boys we always appreciate being able to sit outside. Great staff and a lovely, generous owner. We’ll definitely be back for many more visits!

Great food and a good indoor/outdoor flow. Have seen people bring their pets here as well. Definitely a place to have a quick bite or even a work team lunch.

Good service and food is tasty with a great volume. A bit sad for the ducks around as we’re not able to feed them.

Came in with 2 unhappy kids for a quick treat. Cheese scone, great! Caramel slice, great! Chicken sandwich, soggy lettuce, cucumber and bread made it inedible. Showed the waitress and no questions asked, asked if I'd like one for the road. 'No one likes a soggy sandwich'. Really appreciated the quick and thoughtful resolution.

Busy Cafe with lots of cabinet and menu food. The queue to orer and pay was long but the time to get food after ordering was alright. When it is busy it is hard to find a table but there is alot of outdoor seating so on a good day you can get quite a nice spot. Cornfritters were a bit soggy but the chips were really good. The Filo was a bit dry had to have lots of water to get it down.

How was this place hidden all these years? I loved it! Me and my boyfriend went for the first time and it’s our favourite spot. Just chill and nice service and the food is better than we thought! Totally worth it, and the food cabinet?! We saw this man who needed to double checked it looked perfect and he just looks like a perfectionist and very passionate about his work, the tart? Fresh food and it was amazing! Our drinks were the best! Can’t wait to come again!
