   Great vibe. Right by the marina so good views outside. Staff were run off their feet with work Xmas party’s but they were fantastic. Steak eye fillet was really good. Generous portions and good value. Will go again for sure.

   I visited Swashbucklers Restaurant & Bar last weekend and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel completely at ease as a solo female diner. The food? Absolutely amazing! I ordered the Pirate Seafood Platter for One (& calamari), and wow – it was huge and packed with fresh, delicious seafood. Every bite was a treat. I even got a compliment from a member of the bar staff for managing to finish most of it! The setting is just as impressive as the food. The view is stunning – perfect for relaxing and soaking in the Auckland waterfront atmosphere. If you’re looking for great food, a warm welcome, and a unique experience, Swashbucklers is the place to be. Highly recommended!

   Looks amazing.. The oysters are definitely a 4/5 the fish 5/5 not over cooked, the prawns tasted like they had been defrosted so a 2/5 scollaps a 1/5 over cooked and the smoked salmon was amazing... Service was very inviting, friendly and catering considering we were 3 mins late.

   We booked and got great service, staff were friendly and helpful. Food arrived and we dug right into. Seafood was delicious, fresh and perfectly cooked. My third time there and its just as good and lovely. Only think annoying was the carpark but otherwise a great place to try seafood.

   We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday tonight. I cannot compliment the chef/s for the lovely meals and our dedicated server (Maria) she was so lovely and attentive and helpful. The food was great and best of all was the tempura oysters. Thank you team! If you love seafood, you must try Swashbucklers Restaurant and even if you don't like seafood, there is meat dishes too.

   Went there for group dinner, order the garlic butter king prawns, everyone agreed that it was the best dish of the night. The prawns were a decent size, fresh and the flavour was amazing! Extra bonus is that they were a breeze to eat, peeled, gutted and the head comes off easily, thoughtful little step for the customer. Hubby had the eye fillet steak, good portion and he said was cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back

   We organized a family meal here at Swashbucklers. I was initially very skeptical about what I could eat as I have a shellfish allergy. There are plenty of alternatives to chose from on the menu. Our waitress was incredibly friendly, super efficient and professional. She was constantly checking whether or drinks needing topping up. All our meals came out together which is a plus, food was tasty and family loved the seafood platter. We most definitely will return again. Thank you swashbucklers for a memorable night.
