This Motel was fairly easy to find and had plenty of parking. Rooms serviced every day. Kitchenette and bathroom door could do with an update and paint.
Big thanks to the Motorcom Upper Hutt team, I bought a 2014 Toyota Prius and the whole process was super easy. They were very nice and helpful all the way
I lived for 2 weeks and everything was amazing, room service and cleaning all my stuffs and tidying things up for me, reception always help for anything you need, you. Surely I'll be back here again.
So grateful to this lovely couple who found us a room at short notice . We had just had a very unfortunate encounter with the place we had booked into before our early ferry sailing, and needed to find something quickly that allowed dogs. They were very helpful, even helping with the logistics of parking our caravan.
AMAZING!! My family and i stayed here for a night in a 3 bedroom suite we were really happy with the value we received for the price we payed. The room was immaculate and really comfortable,The beds were the best was like sleeping on a cloud. The host is gorgeous and so helpful we did not have a prior booking however she was more than happy to help ....really recommend staying here you will not regret it....we will definitely be coming back soon .
Service from start to finish excellent. Stayed in Rm13 which was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. Dog was allowed in unit which was an added bonus. Would stay again
5 stars for all of the 3. Of all the hotels/ motels I’ve called in wellington and hutt valley - Fernhill was the only one who appeared to have a proper accessible bathroom for my son and his requirements. Others promote they are but in fact, a wheelchair mat get in a room but that’s about it. So for that - book with confidence for my son, his young family and carer.
Location was handy to where we needed to be. Rooms could do with a little attention here and there. Would be nice to have a sheet over the duvet inner..to act as a cover that gets changed with the sheets..eek! It was fine over all.
Given this place a very low score due to the fact the room we stayed in was very tired and wasn't impressed with listening to other persons private ablutions. Very noisy and not at all private. Price wise very expensive.
After being turned away from the hotel we had previously booked (with no apologies), we were feeling stressed. We crossed the road to see if there were any vacancies at Fernhill. They took us in with no issues and even provided a portacot for our baby. The room was very nice with a big king-sized (I think) bed and big open lounge space. It was perfect for us. Very affordable, too. We had a nice night in and were very grateful
