1. The View In Wellington ★☆☆☆☆

   I use to go to the Newtown branch weekly until they keep getting my order wrong, so switched to pizzahut which is much better quality… but decided to try this Kilbirnie branch.. I won’t be back. That’s all il say. Also how are you supposed to pick up your food??? There’s literally no carparks anywhere.. unless you want a parking ticket for using another stores parking.. stupid place for a pizza store.

   The manager just hung up on me because I asked where my pizza was. This was 15 minutes after it was supposed to have been delivered according to the app. We watched the delivery driver tracker drive around our suburb then go back to the store. The delivery time just kept increasing. The manager kept saying it would be warm and arrive in ten minutes but couldn't say why it wasn't delivered while the driver was out the first time. Finally got the pizza 25 minutes late. It was lukewarm.

   I have just ordered and paid extra for a cheese burst pizza . What i got doesnt look like a cheese burst pizza . I can only see dough inside and no cheese.. very dissapointed with this pizza

   I’ll only order on Tuesday nights when pizzas are half price, and even then I am consistently disappointed. Bare minimum toppings (assuming they remembered to add any at all) on an already expensive pizza and frequently well past the time that was given for pick up / delivery. Vege trio had 3 bloody spinach leafs, zero mushroom and the tiniest amount of tomato. While they decided for the other to not add the steak. Couldn’t even get 1 right huh?

   Had to check it out due to the low rating reviews. Newly opened outlet, so it’s fair to say that it will take time to get things right and meet the public’s expectation. Good friendly service!

   I ordered 4 pizzas online about 20 minutes after they opened. The order online said that it hadent been processed but the money still got taken out of my card. I called the workers and they said they can’t do anything about it or even make my pizzas if i came into the shop.

   We ordered a pizza at 10:22 on Sunday night and it arrived at 12:03am after the app told us it was canceled we called and confirmed with the store they told us it was on the way at 11pm, even the timer on the app ran out and nothing then all of a sudden get a call and they are on there way but can’t find the street was a nightmare and terrible service!! Won’t order from them ever again!

   I would like for you to inform young staff members Caleb and Jacob. The young men greeted me with great respect and excellent service. I was also told the school they go to and tell the school about these very respectful young men. However the food was bad to say the least, little amount of sauce and base was almost stale.
