   Great place for karaoke on the west auckland side. It's YouTube but we don't mind cos you get the option of selecting the songs you want compared to other karaoke places in auckland with limited song choices and options. YouTube is the way for karaoke. Beverages prices are standard roughly 10 bucks a bottle or beer or RTD. Food is average but fitting. Will be back to this facility. Great discreet location downstairs off the main mt albert township.

   The karaoke was just YouTube connected to a TV, WITH ADS! You couldn't have sprung for YouTube premium? We still managed to have fun, but a 15 second ad in between every song and the inability to queue was really annoying. Especially considering we were paying to watch an ad. I would strongly recommend going to another karaoke bar.

   Probably the best karaoke bar in Auckland! Awesome modern air conditioned rooms, clean tidy toilets. Nice friendly service and food was delicious. Only issue is we werent offered happy hour rates and only found out about it on google reviews and a random poster outside the women’s toilets. Also would be perfect if they paid $39.99 for YouTube premium as the ads were annoying and wasting our hour.

   I suggest going here during their Happy Hour - you get the karaoke room hire for 3 hours, 1 dish/meal and 1 drink per person for $33. Please always check the final bill before paying at the end as we were charged for 7 people when we only had 6 people and $68 for extra hour of karaoke when it was only meant to be $48, so in total we paid $58 extra and only noticed it when we got home!!! Not a trustworthy operator!

   new favourite karaoke lounge!! so gorgeous and clean inside and beautiful inside the rooms! when we went to pay, they even gave us 30mins free since we went a bit overtime. staff were so lovely and friendly definitely recommend

   I went to your KTV and had a blast with my workmates. The music was on point and keep us all singing and dancing throughout the night. The facility was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to relax and enjoy ourselves. We also enjoyed your delicious food, variety of drink, and the service was exceptional. It was a great way for us to bond outside of work and have some fun together. I would definitely recommend your KTV to anyone looking for fun night out with colleagues. Keep up the good work and i will definitely would visit you often moving forward. Thank you.
