   Really enjoyed our experience. Great attentive and accommodating service from the get go. Could see they had a busy Monday night with lots of functions and still smoothly fit our no reservation table for two in at peak time. Loved the amaretti sour (didnt want alcohol before an early morning flight. Scallop (3)and pork belly appetizers were both hits. Sides of greens with sesame and fries with truffles likewise. The market fish looked great and pasta ravioli was enjoyed ( a little strong onion overtone) Will return. No alcohol makes it so much cheaper!

   Wow, Wow. Everything was 10 out of 5. The food was perfect, especially the lamb and the beef. The deserts were amazing; we ordered the chocolate fondant and the Petit Fours. The entrees were gorgeous, especially the beef tartar. The kids menu was also amazing, we ordered the lamb shank ( medium) in the kids menu, the lamb, the fries, and the beans were amazing. I really respected you guys because the kids menu is normally average in other places, but yours were very very good. The waiters were so helpful and friendly. Thank you for making our night a special and spectacular night.

   Wonderful food, staff and wine list. Had an exceptional time. Food: perfectly cooked and prepared with wrll balanced flavors. Staff: knowledgeable and friendly with excellent recommendations. Atmosphere: felt like the space wad missing something a but of spark and felt a little dated but tidy and pleasant enough. Overall we will be back again.

   Had a great experience overall! The food was absolutely excellent—every course was full of flavour and beautifully presented. The crew was warm and attentive, and the ambience was really cool and inviting. A special shoutout to the bartender—absolutely amazing! The only downside was the wait time. Our three-course meal took over two hours, which felt a bit too long. That said, the quality and vibe made it worth the wait. Would still recommend, especially if you're not in a rush.

   Very great atmosphere and service. Our waiter Ryan was exceptional, he was very friendly and social and his service was amazing. The aged sirloin was immaculate, me and my partner and I both loved it. The side of broccoli and beans added to the main dish to make it even better. The truffle desert was incredible and props to the chefs that made it. The deserts closed the evening on a very high note as well as a highlight of the evening. Me and my partner will love to come again in the near future and hope to be served by Ryan again.

   We had the most atrocious experience to date. This restaurants caters to adults only. We were sat away from the restaurant right next to the toilets. The manager kept shushing our children the entire time we were there. We also got billed for an anniversary dessert which we didn’t ask for and was charged for. Disappointed, the whole team there made us feel inferior like we didn't belong. We would never recommend it to anyone else with the way we were treated today. Also on a side note, an entree and a main course took almost three hours. A paying customer with a bill of $350 at the end of the night should not have been treated any differently.

   One Tree Grill has been a favourite of mine for more than 2 decades and I would consider that this is my top 3 restaurants of all time. One Tree Grill is a fantastic dining spot in Auckland that truly lives up to its reputation. The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming and intimate, with dim lighting and soft music that creates a romantic ambience. You just can't find fault with the service from start to finish. It is top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff that are happy to recommend dishes and offer their expertise. The food is simply outstanding, with an impressive menu that includes both classic and innovative dishes. We had Pork Belly, Lamb rump & eye fillets for mains and every bit of food on each dishes are carefully presented to make the entire dining experience delightful. The wine list (as well as their underfloor cellar) is also impressive, featuring a great selection of New Zealand and international wines. Overall, One Tree Grill is a must-visit restaurant for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Auckland.

   Fresh ingredients with sophisticated cooking technique that weaved all the right flavours together. I like how the right food energetic is put together, nothing was too cold or too hot, which sometimes can upset your digestive system despite the great taste. Meats were cooked to perfection, especially the rare steak (unfortunately no photo). The deserts were gobbled up so fast before any photography was taken place. The deconstructed cheese cake stood out as the full picture of delicious cake was able to come together when placed in the mouth. We would definitely come back!

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - you can tell a lot of thought and effort goes into the service and presentation. Food: We ordered the six course degustation. High quality with timely delivery between each course. The food was perfectly cooked and presented. Service: Promptly greeted and seated upon arrival. All staff were very well presented and polite. Atmosphere: Well presented and clean. Cosey, with each table having its own candle to top off the experience. Background music was enjoyable and not too loud for quiet conversation.

   I had a very pleasant meal here with my family. The staffs were attentive and the food was fabulous. The lamb was tender and the cheesecake was scrumptious. My only wee bit of feedback is that the table could have been wiped between our courses, simply because it was full of breadcrumbs from the start of the meal…
