   I have been a regular visitor to Lumino and have always left satisfied with the quality of their services. However, my recent experience with Moira Hughes was disappointing. Despite my previous positive experiences, this time my teeth were left with stains and didn't look as clean as usual. Compared to the other professionals I have seen at the same place, the results were noticeably subpar.

   My experience with appointment hooking has been very frustrating. I’ve booked in person and online several times only for me to show up and was told I don’t have an appointment in their system. The first time was made online and, luckily, I had a confirmation email sent to my email the night of the booking so they couldn’t really argue it. As a mother of 2 toddlers, it’s not easy for me to just easily reschedule so it’s very annoying -and frustrating for them to just casually tell me “oh but I can just book you in for another day now”. How about no? How about fix your booking or the training of staff so when a booking is made, it is saved?!!! Last time this happened to me, a hygienist who also had young kids sympathised with me and asked her booked client to let me go first. Something I really appreciated. However, it happened again! I was told again today that my appointment I made in person with the receptionist was not in the system. It’s very unprofessional and the business could have been more accountable when dealing with this issue. Best to say I will be going elsewhere from now on. I gave this a 2 star due to the actual staff that have performed services on me we’re all lovely. However, the whole experience with the booking have left a very bad taste in my mouth. Especially when front desk staff never tried to be more helpful knowing my situation with having to organising babysitting for my kids in order to attend the appointments. They make it out to be my problem and not theirs!!!

   Very professional and thorough, Dr Sarah Kelly has really helped me overcome the fear of dentist. They do different types of xrays to ensure no injuries to nerves or bones occur and check other conditions that helped with my visit. She also recommended facial physio which has overall helped my jaw and muscular tension. Really recommend this place. Thank you

   Dr Sarah Kelly and Hoda are just amazing incredible people. I used to dread going to the dentist and I used to put off going as I was always so scared. They've been the most gentle and most caring professionals I've ever come across. I've been going consistently now for the past five years (their dental plan is great!). I look forward to seeing them every time and I recommend them all the time to friends and family

   As an incredibly anxious and nervous patient, Dr Sarah Kelly has been a lifeline. Without her caring, understanding, supportive and professional attitude, I would not have had the courage to embark on my dream of fixing my front teeth so they look nice :-). I have avoided dentists most of my life because of my fear in the chair, and would only go under duress, but Sarah's approach has been absolutely wonderful, and has given me confidence to keep going back and actually fulfil my dream and not just go when I'm in pain! Thank you Dr Kelly, you've made a big difference :-)

   I have seen Dr Sarah Kelly a couple of times, each time I have had the problem explained with treatment options. The service I have received has been impeccable and would not hesitate recommending Dr Kelly or her practice. I drive across Auckland to visit this practice. Great service.
