   I am an uber driver. Whenever i pick up order from this branch i feel disrespectful and ignored. I kept standing in the line no buddy ask to me the name of the order or number even my order was ready on front i kept standing for 20 minutes and nobody asked me what you want even staff was passing next to me Because we riders are earning for bread n butter doesn’t mean we should be neglected. Please consider us humans. Thanks

   I made order online as below and they didn’t put large coleslaw in my bag. I only opened bag at dinner time and found it missing. Not good service to miss out part of someone’s dinner.

   We love the food in new Lynn Nando’s restaurant. Always great food, hope a new guy working in the reception. He is so rude and with elders for a simple request asked to cut the chicken pieces. I ordered the whole chicken and requested to cut 8pieces. He start with a loud noise saying I cannot do it. Management need to look into this bit carefully and try not to put on the first place of communication to , it may effect to customer to direct another outlets.

   I remember when you used to get a decent sized whole breast of chicken in a Nando’s burger - this thin slice didn’t even cover the whole bun. It didn’t taste flame grilled, it was more subway quality chicken than Nando’s. What happened to this chain?

   Ordered avo goodness wrap as i had it from westgate nando’s and it was perfect and yum! however at new lynn it was gross. the wrap itself was tiny! avocado was rotten and tasted yuck, gave me 2 chunks of lettuce and the butt of a tomato. overall tasted gross and so not worth my almost $15 which is a shame :(

   Would of recommended this branch to anyone until last week when I ordered a wrap on Uber Eats. The chicken was raw in the middle. Didn't notice until after I took a bite. The refund can only do so much when you have to worry about a side of food poisoning. I would of thought a chicken restaurant would know how long to cook the chicken for. Maybe check the chicken is cooked before you eat here at the moment.

   Friday night, the place is full, so I ordered to go. A full chicken with a large side. I waited for over 30 minutes, and the chicken was burnt as black as the charcoal. The picture says it all. Worst Nandos experience ever.

   My family is a great fan of the resto, but we came early today and clearly realised that the chicken served was an old re-heated one. We can clearly say as it is not as juicy tsktsktsk what a turn off:( Pics itself show how dry:(

   The food was dry and cold the fries soggy and when I went to tell the person at the counter she was standing there and arguing that it wasn’t cold or soggy. We just walked out. The last thing I want was my kids getting sick. Yes we did get a refund.

   Unprofessional staff. I ordered jumbo chips, and they provided a large chip quantity. In addition, many of the chips were not fried properly. I pay attention to that matter with a manager, but she doesn’t bother. The manager on duty was Waimere Robbinson, and she didn’t acknowledge it. Cutlery and glass were very dirty as well.
