    Have come to get my hair cut here a number of times and generally a good experience and cut. However today had a disappointing experience where I arrived, no one booked ahead or waiting. I waited 15 minutes only for another person who arrived 10 minutes after me jump ahead and be seen first. Not sure the point of joining or having a queue if this happens. It’s transparent and you see the queue (and names) on the screen so poor service experience. I hope this feedback can help improve on this as it’s not a ‘cheap’ barber so customer service is important.
