   Brand new set ordered, 2k service payment, and ordered the color number 4, when my natural hair is dark, at the day before order they take a photo of my hair and told me it will be my color... The hair arrived dark blonde, then they put color on and even so its not my natural color, I complained about it with the owner, she played herself around for don't sort the problem and don't pay a new set, as I ordered my color and didn't ask for put color on it, I ask for a natural dark hair same my hair is... Then when I complaining and rubbish the service, she played herself victim and told me I send treats, all for dont pay a new set as she should do, the mistake is at her end, I'm the client and I pay for a service and I should have what I pay for... I have all the messages, and I will take to court to have my money back

   UNBELIEVABLE transformation! Sarah took the time to consult and figure out the best solution for a much damaged/dry head of over processed hair using toners and the best products to achieve amazing results that NAILED the look I wanted to achieve. Absolutely recommend Blow Hair with 10 stars.

   I had a booking with Angel in which he ghosted me and didn’t show up to the appointment, even two days later he has still not replied to my message if he was coming. Luckily there was an amazing lady who offered to help me instead who did an amazing job. Apparently Angel has done this to multiple clients and seems to pick and choose when he would like to show up for scheduled appointments. I Would recommend this salon as the lady who did my hair was amazing, I just wouldn’t recommend booking through Angel!

   I recently visited Blow Hair in Ponsonby is the best Hair Salon in Auckland, and I must say that my experience was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff that made me feel right at home. The salon itself had a trendy and modern atmosphere, which added to the overall positive vibes. The stylist who attended to me was not only highly skilled but also had a great eye for detail. They took the time to listen to my preferences and offered valuable suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. Their expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process.

   I started going to Blow before I even moved to Auckland! I flew up every 5-6 weeks to get my hair done. Previously I had extensions done in Wellington and honestly couldn't stand them so it put me off for a few years. After having Blows hair extensions... I am now an addict! I love them! Also being a fussy blonde person, Sarah is your girl to see! x
