   I would like to give recognition and credit to Danielle and Becca who ensured that not only got what we wanted but also enjoyed our shopping experience in the Pascoes in Queensgate Mall. I highly recommend them for their customer orientation, knowledge of products and overall work ethic. They were incredible and made sure we got the best deal possible on our purchase today. Would definitely go back to the store just for the incredible customer service, patience and the fact that they are willing to put themselves in the Customer shoes to ensure the best deals are offered.

   What an absolutely amazing service from young Kimi at the front counter. Kimi was well mannered, very knowledgeable and a kindred soul to be served by. He went above and beyond by helping me try many different watches, explaining the benefits and also taking my personal style into account. Apart from that he is a very personable sales person and definitely took customer care to the next level, spilled a good yarn too and closed my long day with a good deal. Big appreciation for pascoes lower hutt for hiring such aspiring individuals who take customer service a step further. Keep it up Kimi!

   Perfect customer service. I went in there today to buy a watch for myself after needing a new one for a while. I had a sort of idea as to what I wanted but was looking for some help. That’s where Kimi came in. He asked me how my day was, what I wanted and how he could help. He followed this by showing me each watch I had interest in. He explained everything from movements, to price, to durability with perfect precision and made me feel really welcome. He took time with the choices I made and offered some he thought would be perfect, the one I had intended on getting ended up getting blown out of the water by a decision he sold me on (note the watch in the pic). His customer service was absolutely perfect, a natural salesman with a perfect talent. Kimi if you see this, thanks for making a lifelong customer, keep up the good work, you are an exemplar employee!!

   Appalling service. The short Indian lady came out of the back room and looked me up and down and walked away, the other older woman laughed at me when I said I would go away and think about purchasing. I went elsewhere to spend my money. Wanted to give zero stars

   Indian girl Raavika (something like that) had a negative attitude from the moment I came in. Was wanting to buy a watch which was supposedly in stock (according to website) yet they say they "couldn't find" it. Mumbling between themselves .. Do not recommend this shop at all for new buyers. They must have their own issues in their personal lives. Thank you.

   Super friendly and very helpful staff in there. The girl that served me was so helpful. I needed a watch and she help me pick it out and before I bought it she set up the time on it and set the date on it. So over all great service I highly recommend going in there for any thing you need.
