   First time there, food was great. Now, second time, not so good. I bought each child the burger box, and the chicken value burger looked nothing like what was advertised. Not one was the same. Child one had a good one with garnish. Child two had just one piece of lettuce with a patty and bun. Child three just had a patty and bun, no garnish, no nothing, just plain, and that was not what we ordered, not happy will not recomend and will not go back to albany carl's Jr.

   i placed an order on line saturday for sunday noon time pick up but, surprise, they couldn't find my order in their system when i showed up at the front desk. the staff rushed to prepare my order but missed a couple of items so more work to do and longer to wait. they didn't bother to make sure they got everything right in the bag but asked me to check it myself. last but not least, there was no apology or any explanation or any gesture of goodwill at all. absolutely poor service by both human and system.

   It is hard to rate as i have visited this place 4 times in the last couple of months. First time omg food was perfect second time food was mehh third time food was pretty good, fourth time hmm wouldn't go back. So it seems there is a difference in standards in fast food depending on who is on shift ir perhaps freshness of product. I wish I knew when the awesome cooks were on because it was amazing fresh tasty and perfectly cooked.... the other time buns were not as fresh and burger just mehhhh

   I come here once a month for a treat for the Philly steak burger and tonight it was a lot smaller than normal. I have a value chicken burger aswell and when compared the Philly steak burger is smaller. Disappointed.

   not overly busy but have to wait more than 20min for my 1burger 1fries meal. i asked stuff to check where is my order. it took 3 people to find it, 2 of them went to do other things instead. it eventually comes, but in a bag, the staff seams never care about what has been ordered. the chip is old and soft. i should have go kfc instead.

   Experience was amazing, our food was quick and very good. I got two of the All Star Meals and they were delicious. When our food was delivered we just had to applaud the server because he did such a great job. Thank you so much Alex for making my day.

   Ordered a bourbon burger in the drive through, the lady was super patient while I messed with my banking app. The burger was a monster, was super stoked considering the previous burger I had ordered was a flat dry mess from the big M. What Champs!

   Went here for lunch and had the Alabama Big Eat, chicken burger, chips, onion rings and drink. The chips were not the freshed, and the bacon in the burger was a bit overcooked (as per the photo), but was still a nice burger overall. (Chicken is hidden in the photo). This is one of my favorite combos, with the onion rings a part of it.

   Whatever they have done to the food, it tastes good. The meat is full of Flavour and the salad tastes fresh in the burgers. The fries are great too. My meal came out (eat in) before I had even finished pouring my drink on the dispenser. Atmosphere is marked low as the tables that were empty still have crumbs over them. It was busy, but this could be better.
