Absolutely amazing experience! I ordered the Fish Market and the Warm Winter Salad, and both dishes were outstanding. The flavours were fresh, balanced, and beautifully presented. The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere made the meal even more enjoyable.
The steak was burnt! It was burnt and bitter! During the meal, the waiter kept putting knives and forks into the small basket on the table! ! ! It felt terrible.
Popped in for dinner after the Allblacks game and were rewarded with exceptional service and a wonderful meal. I love to slow cook so I ordered the beef cheek , WOW… I was not disappointed it was beautifully cooked and the flavours were wonderful. There is a big screen here which has me thinking I may book dinner for the next game. Looking forward to returning and sampling some more things on the menu. Highly recommend!
I ordered a steak and waited an hour, only to be served cold steak and vegetables, with the meat also overcooked. For dessert, I ordered an affogato, but unlike other tables who got espresso served separately, ours came with ice cream already in the coffee, almost melted. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I won’t be returning.

We've celebrated several birthdays here with friends, and each time the experience has been wonderful. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food is consistently delicious, beautifully presented, and a delight to the senses. Adding to the charm, Friday nights feature live music, transforming the space into a vibrant and lively hub. This is definitely a place to be – whether for a casual meal, a special celebration, or simply a night out with friends.
What a lovely place with a great atmosphere (Friday nights they have live music) and the food is exceptional! Although they are changing the menus from time to time, they are always absolutely delicious. My all-time favorites are the prawns gnocchi, their special lasagna, and burrata.
A beautiful lunch with a table of 14. All the food came out at the same time, and the attendance of staff was excellent. The food was delicious and well priced. I'd definitely go back and am happy to recommend this establishment
Enjoyed a lovely lunch here over the weekend. The owner is lovely, he was friendly and very personable which contributed to the experience. Coffee was really good, about as good if not better than other coffees shop in the area. Food was tasty and reasonably priced - no dramas on that end.
The staff was fantastic, thorough and thoughtful - the chef’s even thanked us as we paid. The food was exactly to order, delicious and hot. The team went above and beyond to accommodate my hot chocolate request, for a large bowl, rather than a standard cup. In short: fabulous and attentive. Worth every minute, and dollar. !!!
