   The ring Mark made brings me joy every day. He co-designed a beautiful, unique ring with/for me - listening to my ideas, preferences. The ring gets many compliments (not the plan but a reflection on it's unique, pretty nature). I am super happy, and would absolutely recommend.

   Do you care about your family? About your best friends? About your significant other? If so, there is no other place you should go for a meaningful piece of jewellery than to Mark and his team at the Diamond Studio in Mairangi Bay. I put Mark through the w(ring)er in terms of projects: I was picky, I had demands, I wanted this metal used for that from this old heirloom, ad infinitum. He had his work cut out for him, unlike the gems I got him to cut. And even in the face of adversity, he (and his team, when he wasn’t directly available, which most of the time he was) pushed through and put in more work and dedication than any other jeweller I’ve dealt with before. These rings pictured are my wedding band (silver w/ onyx) and my wife’s wedding band (gold w/ lab grown diamonds) with spacer ring to create a stack. And, as you can see, they turned out phenomenally. You can check out his website for everything he does, that’s not my job, but me and my (now) wife could not be happier. There is one thing we are disappointed about in this whole process: the fact we didn’t contact the Diamond Studio for our engagement ring, because it would have been so much better. So here is your sign. Thank you, Mark, and the Diamond Studio, you’ve created an everlasting impression. P.s. this is not a paid review, I simply am so satisfied, I felt the need to express so.

   HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Mark was recommended to me through a friend. I had bits and pieces of jewellery given to my from my late mother and my own engagement ring where the diamond claws had broken. So I took it all into Mark to see what he could do. He suggested ways to bring them to life and as a result created the most stunning ring using my own engagement ring and my mums, melting the gold down, adding a diamond to create a new ring that will now become a heirloom piece for my daughter. I am absolutely delighted with the Ring. Quality workmanship for a fair price. Mark is genuine, knowledgeable and has great vision to confidently suggest options. I now have a Jeweller I can trust :)

   Mark is very unreliable and gives a time frame he does not keep to. I am still waiting for a second ring 8 months after placing the order. This is despite him saying several times that the October 2019 date requested was still on target at the beginning of October. Because I have not hassled him hard enough he blames me for 'being too nice'. I would never recommend his services to anyone. He lies straight to your face and this is extremely unprofessional. To top it all off when I finally got the ring it's not the design he drew the sketch of for me. Totally different and now useless.
