   Thank you so much to Oscar and the team :). The service was amazing, we had a large group of 33 booked in (we started at 20 and kept moving up, the team were so accomodating with the constant changes to the number) we had changes as people changed plans and even right up to the day some had called in sick and we dropped back down to 27. They were so helpful with it all. Our food was served promptly after we arrived and it was lovely. Thank you so much. HIghly recommend.

   The service, staff and food was absolutely amazing at Huxleys! I planned a Suprise birthday for my partner and the staff were excited to help me tweak details to make it just right. Lucy was our server and she was amazing, really friendly and quick /organised and made sure the booking went without a hitch. The food was also fresh, excellent portion sizes and came out all together. I would definitely come back, and reccomend it to my friends. Thank you huxleys for making our event a special day!

   Went here for this year’s WOAP and a couple of beers. The burger was good overall, but could be improved. The buns were more on the denser side, and the flavours were a little imbalanced. Also had their risotto arancini and they were SO BOMB. Service was great! Princess was so sweet and checked in on us often.

   Nicely presented food and pleasant ambiance with nice views overlooking the grounds of the New Zealand Parliament. Service was friendly and effective. The food quality was more mixed. Some dishes were great (such as the seafood chowder, which my colleague enjoyed very much) but the burgers were simple and pretty underwhelming. The halloumi on toast was tasty. The ginger beer was watery and had no fizz.

   It's a pretty good restaurant in the Beehive area. The food is consistently well prepared, although the menu is a little short for my liking. Given it's a restaurant in town, the prices are okay. The wait staff are consistently friendly and helpful. It can get pretty loud, sometimes it's really hard to hear other people at the table. The outdoor dining area is often overlooked, and is really nice if the weather is okay.

   My two friends got the award winning toastie, while I got the Chicken Sando on mash. My dish wasn't as hot as I like it but the kitchen were amazing - they turned a replacement around super fast and it was absolutely delicious. Excellent service, excellent food. Thank you all.
