   Horrible customer service! I think they are after money only! Been to their clinic, was 10-15 mins early for my appointment then also had to wait 20-30 mins. After the initial checkup, I was quoted for the treatment which was not even proper. Then clinic went to silence mode and I had to literally contact them in order to get an update every single time. The last time when I called, u came to know the dentist who did initial checkup up and was about to the treatment has left and clinic is searching for another dentist. Well this is serious breach as I was not inform forget about taking permission. How an other dentist can operate who has not done initial check up nor has seen the patient? As soon I became aware that this thing is going on, I had to request them to cancel every single thing and don’t contact me ever. So if you are Richie rich and don’t mind spending loads on such disgusting service then feel free to approach them and enjoy their disgusting service. Don’t know what will be the level of treatment they will offer if service is of such bad level.

   I was blown away by the dental treatment, but what really blew me away was the aftercare and followups I received from Kira. If you need an Oral Health Therapist ask for Kira Burdon. I've been going to the dentist my whole life, but have never been more impressed!. Thanks so much Kira, I'm recommending you to everyone I now!!

   My wife and I have been patients at Courtenay Place Dental for over 20 years. Having recently moved to Palm. Nth. we will really miss the friendly, trustworthy and highly professional services of James Fairhall, our dentist, and of Rachel Smith, our hygienist. Hard to say goodbye, as they knew the insides of our mouths just as well as they knew us as people. Thanks heaps James and Rachel.    James is an outstanding dentist. He is very thorough but also gentle, always ensuring you are comfortable and relaxed during treatments. He takes the time to explain the best treatment options so you feel well informed and included in any decision making. The dental hygienists there are also excellent. I highly recommend Lumino Courtney Place to anyone looking for top-quality dental care.

   I have been going to (formally Symes de Silva) this dentist for over 20 years. This morning I had an accident which left the inside of my mouth bleeding and in pain and went into my dentist. Saying I was bleeding and in pain I was told the next available was 5 hours away. Asking if someone could have a quick 5 min look I was told it was not possible. This is not ok.

   Staff were good however poor communication ruined my experience. I was given a quote for the 3 appointments that were required. I was hit with a surprise price increase on my hygienist appointment. After seeing the hygienist I was told to come back for another appointment so they could finish the clean, when I was under the impression I was getting a full clean. This extra session was going to cost $250 taking the price to over double what I was quoted. Very disappointed by this experience.

   Attended Lumino Courtney Place Dental to enquire about Invisalign but I also wanted to get better with my dental care routine overall - I’ve never been good at going to the dentist! I also was starting to get really self conscious about my smile as I could see my teeth starting to move over time but was also concerned that any corrective options might be too invasive or not worth it. 12 months later I’m the proud owner of an improved version of my smile thanks to a fantastic Invisalign experience with James. The whole process was so straight forward, James and his team made me completely at ease from the start and it has really helped me become much better with taking care of my teeth overall - I now go to the hygienist, regularly! The whole team at Lumino Courtenay place were so helpful - even helping me out outside of office hours with sourcing additional Invisalign supplies when I needed to go overseas last minute for an extended trip. Would really recommend the team at Lumino for anyone who wants to take the Invisalign step - thanks again team!

   Great service! Left my initial check really happy with the options and level of details. Super friendly team and made me feel really comfortable. I had avoided seeing a dentist because of a bad experience many years ago. I could not believe how at ease and comfortable I was during an appointment for three fillings, I actually had a few little naps in the appt, for fillings! Great reception team too, notified me of an opening and got me in three weeks earlier - super happy :) Thanks Joo Leem and team!
