I’ve loved my experience with Dr Andrew Chin, extremely professional and kind, however the front desk ladies have unfortunately let me down a few times. My first unpleasant experience was when I booked time out of work, to have my appointment changed by 3 hours with only a 30 minute warning, leaving me out of pocket for no reason. The second was me having to chase them up for my quote after waiting 2 weeks. The third has been them telling me the wrong date for my appointment. I called up yesterday saying I was in immense pain and need to be get my extractions done ASAP. I was told to come in tomorrow (today) at 12:40pm for a consultation. I showed up today at 12:40pm, and my appointment was booked for tomorrow. I am really tired of having time and money wasted to travel to this location to be messed around. Dental care is not cheap or pleasant, and the front desk have not made things any easier for me. Hopefully they will be more accurate and onto it in future as the dentist themselves are great.
Let's face it, I wouldn't consider trips to the dentist my favourite appointment in the calendar... but thanks to your excellent employee Sheaynee, my experience with your branch is as good as it gets. From a warm welcome and a genuine care to build rapport and her a ability to create a friendly and informative environment, I know I'm being looked after by someone passionate in the industry and a strong care for her patients. The best part? I received this exact level of excellent service from Sheaynee two years prior with the same level of care and throughness. This is the sort of employee you do what you can to retain! Excellent service from Thomas! Filled my tooth completely painlessly and super quick. Unlike other places the anesthesia was completely painless when it was administered in my gums. I decided to have a yearly checkup scheduled every year with Gentle Dental. Looking forward for the next checkup!
I was treated with respect and felt welcomed at Gentle Dentle seeing Dr Mike Tonkes. He did outstanding work on my teeth and my daughter went to Dr Rehua Smallman for wisdom teeth extractions. Every thing was explained cleary. We would like to thank you both and your friendly staff for your outstanding service.
They used to be good but I suspect they have lured in to many clients with the GrabOne voucher and now struggle to keep up with demand, you’ll be waiting months for a hygienist or dental appointment or they will just put you on there so called cancellation list which never have ideal timings. They also love to wait till your lying in the chair about to begin treatment before they let you know it’s gonna cost extra for x y z, just an example of there cheeky tactics after 12 naïve years I can tell you there are plenty of other far better dental services around town!
Highly recommended this practice. Both the hygenist and Dentist were extremely friendly and communicated everything perfectly. I even learnt a few things which was a bonus. Receptionists are very approachable, friendly and professional. Greatly appreciate the service and warm nature of the staff here. ♥️
I love this place. Olive is a top notch hygenist and is very caring and gentle if you're someone who has trauma. They don't lie about being gentle! I've been going here for seven years now and everyone at the practice has been great, including Andrew, my dentist.
Went there as i saw an ad on fb saying comprehensive exam plus x-rays for first visit is $55, and I also double checked the price when I contacted them to book my appointment, but when I went there I ended up paying $103 cuz one of the x-rays was $48 which is quite expensive, they should have mentioned that there might be exceptions when i was checking on the phone, but they didn’t. Also I mentioned in the medical form that I’m pregnant and mentioned it again when I arrived, but the dentist was about to take me an x-ray without using the apron, if I wasn’t aware that taking X-ray while pregnant without any apron is dangerous he would have taken it, though I’ve mentioned twice. The last thing I asked them to email the X-ray images and it’s been long time waiting but they didn’t. So I had to share my negative experience and definitely not going back to that place again.
