   Imagine you have a very busy day at work, but you take time off to go to your dentist appt. You drive to the town, find a parking spot, pay for parking, run to the dentist office to arrive on time, but when you get there they just tell you, "oh, noone told you?! we canceled your appointment because we are busy today". And you are like, well, you could have at least called me so I didn't come here all the way to find out about your perfect time management skills in person. So disappointed, of course I won't go back to this place and of course I won't recommend it to anyone. In response to the answer below: when I arrived they did not tell me we canceled your booking because I was late. They didn't even call to find out why I was being late a few mins and whether I was still coming. They just said, "oh, we canceled your booking because we are busy today" which to me would have been totally acceptable if they had called me and said that but they didn't. BTW, I booked under my legal name (Hamed) if you cannot find me.

   I had broken a tooth the day before booking into Victoria Street Dental. They booked me in and had the extraction done in the same day, excellent service from their team. My experience was comfortable and I was well accommodated, they took all the stops to make my visit as easy as possible. Thank you Dr Emily Yeo and the team! Will make them my regular dentist from now on.

   I had my wisdom teeth extraction done here and Dr James and the rest of the team were so friendly and accommodating when explaining through the process. I went to 2 other dental clinics before deciding on Victoria Street Dental and it was the best decision I could have made.

   After neglecting my dental care due to bad experiences with other clinics I was recommended Victoria dental from a family member and I couldn’t sing their praises more if I tried. I have spent majority of this year with this practice. My main dental care was taken care of by Emily and my hygienist follow ups were with Tia. Both of them made sure I was comfortable in my appointments and took the time to be understanding and patient with me regarding my nerves towards dental work.Also a shout out to Jo the practice manager here who was always welcoming and happy to have a pre appointment chat in the waiting room to make me feel at ease and had amazing communication with reminders for upcoming appointments. Victoria dental 100% put my faith back into dentists. Thank you guys so much for everything ❤️

   This morning, I turned up unannounced at 08:00 - I am from Wales(UK). I had lost a large filling, upper left 2, and it threatened to ruin my holiday. Didn't really expect them to be able to see me. The excellent receptionist listened carefully to my needs and arranged a consultation for 09:30 today!! The Dentist again listened carefully and took great care in the permanent, not temporary as expected, repair of my tooth. Amazing service and professionalism. Also, no need for me to se my own Dentist on my return. Thank you unbelievably; was able to arrange a consultation

   ALL the staff were absolutely lovely, I had not had a procedure done awake since school but they made things a lot less scary and were really comforting. Reception was so nice and made the place really welcoming. Dr Emily Yeo and Charlotte did an awesome job and made it painless. Really recommend going here!

   Have visited Emily at Victoria Street Dental as a new patient for a bit of work and I couldn't rate Emily or the practice highly enough. They took such good care of me in the chair and were super empathetic and kind! Emily explains everything that is happening and gives good, honest advice about what the best treatment plan is for you. The practice itself is super clean and modern and the equipment they use is all well kept and modern too. You definitely feel like you're in the right place when you sit in the chair! Prices are super competitive with other central dentists and I would argue their quality of work is superior to any other practice I've visited in Wellington. Thanks heaps again team!

   Best dentist I have ever seen in Wellington. James was professional and courteous. I went in for an examination, x-rays and a thorough clean. James made the effort to ensure the process was as painless as possible. He also took the time to explain my x-rays and how I can improve my flossing technique. I really like how they are transparent with the approximate cost on their website. My one hour appointment was $236, which matched what I was expecting. The receptionist, Jo, was also very friendly and chatty, which helped put my nerves at ease.
