   Repeat customer here — every time we need new furniture, Treasure Box is always our first stop. We purchased another two mattresses this time, and now all our mattresses are from Treasure Box. We’re not only impressed by the quality and price of their products, but also by the excellent service. Elly served us this time; her recommendations and explanations were very professional, and her charming smile made us feel truly welcomed. We will definitely come again and recommend Treasure Box to all our friends.

   Don't buy anything from these guys!! My experience was absolutely absurd. I ordered an office chair that took over two weeks to arrive, and when it finally did, the box looked like a rubbish bin. Everything was tossed in carelessly, and the chair was damaged in multiple places. The real frustration began when I contacted them. They apologised and claimed I had “accidentally been sent a spare parts item instead of the full product.” Seriously? They told me to repack the chair, leave it for the courier, and only after they received it would they authorise a replacement. I followed every step, even though the situation was already ridiculous. I confirmed the chair was ready for pickup on October 3rd — and then heard nothing for nearly a month. On October 31st, they finally replied, blaming a “technical issue” for my case disappearing from their inbox, and asked again whether I still wanted the courier collection. After all that time, nothing had happened. I eventually gave up and sold the damaged chair for half the price. An incredibly frustrating and completely avoidable experience. And up to this date (November 13th) I still haven't got any response from them.

   Nice furniture store with decent quality pieces at reasonable prices. The staff were helpful and the overall range was good. I just hope they bring out more variety and have more items on display would make it easier to see what’s available. Overall, a good spot for affordable and stylish furniture.

   Treasure Box is inexpensive. But this does not mean cheap and nasty. My sister and I traveled to the showroom (a fair distance from where we live in the Bay of Plenty). We're setting up a house so needed a fair bit of stuff. The bed was the main thing and there were enough in the showroom to make a choice. Excellent. Treasure Box did a great job. The showroom assistant was courteous efficient and very helpful advising us clearly what was in stock or not. We got all we needed for less than I would have paid for the bed alone at a big box retailer. And delivery was quick accurate and amazingly fast. Great job Treasure Box. PS. I put the bed together overnight. As advertised, very good quality. Easy to assemble too if you are methodical and patient.

   Has been a returning customer for few years now and always love what I am getting from here. Cheap but worth the amount paid. Recently got a kids bed and mattress, pickup is quick and easy, the warehouse guy helped me load on my car. The bed, my daughter loves it and the first night she got it, she slept on it. Definitely recommended

   Omg, the customer service us not good at all and definitely needs a manager there. I ordered 2 products online to pick it up,piad for them too, but when I went to pick up 1 of my products,I was told there was a computer glitch and it was sold out, so we had alook for another one but there was only one with 3 shelf like the one I had purchased I asked if they could match the price as it wasn't my fault but she said she didn't have the authority to approve that so I asked for a manager to which she said there wasn't one. I drove 45 minutes to pick up my purchases to be told they weren't available and they wouldn't match the price. Not happy at all.

   Obvz not 5*- cos that’s not the market they’re chasin. And one does have to question their choice of location: was it a strategic biz decision?- I guess it’s not that bad- 12km cruise on the highway, kinda relaxn. But in all other respects- they nailin it: showroom clean and tidy. Ordering system pretty clever. Well planned & thought out warehousing. It’s the budget conscious range of stuff that they into, but if that’s wot yr lookin for, then these guys look like a trusted supplier
