   We had our Christmas team lunch here 10/12/25. I booked online a week prior thankfully our time slot was available and the booking system was easy and user friendly. Also dropped into confirm we had an outside area which was already taken care of and the manager was available to confirm which was great. Also had to email to confirm dietary requirement and got a quick response. Food was great, we preordered and had food within 15mins of arrival and the service staff were excellent, always lovely friendly and we got to enjoy the beautiful weather. Thank you

   I wasn't sure what the etiquette was here, but considering it was a bar we went up to the counter to order rather than waiting for someone to come to us (because I wasn't sure if they were going to come to us or not). Either way... The people were so very lovely. As soon as we ordered they brought us the relevant utensils. The atmosphere was really nice, we arrived on a quiz night and the MC was hilarious. It was a good vibe. In terms of food, it was okay. Not quite to my tastes but also not bad. The presentation was amazing, as you can see, the food was so very fresh. The pulled pork was moist, but for me there was a little too much sweet. I didn't hate it though. I got extra food for my friend and I to share but got full faster than I thought I would. The burger for me was a little dry. TLDR:: A few co-workers love coming here and I would still recommend that you visit at least once because the experience was amazing. The food was okay. The service was quite great

   Maître de did not seem very pleased to meet us - on time and with a booking in hand. Main “beef” was with the food. The WOAP burger special seemed a bit short on what was advertised and what brought us in. What we ordered and what we got below. Seems like the rib and onions were missing (worst offence), and filling not exactly spilling over the sides (minor offence).

   Our waiter was awesome! Amazing Service thank you! Food came out fast, we tried the WBOP meal. Solid burger great flavour, fresh ingredients and enjoyed the tots on the side as a change from fries, dipping sauce was tasty. Overall a great night out, worth the trip from the Hutt Valley

   Nice place for drink and food. Disappointed with the sirloin steak, quite gristly, and overall meal was nothing special. The order also came with the wrong sauce selection to what was ordered. Serving the waitress was very friendly with a positive attitude. The atmosphere was good and warm.

   Great little bar. Good atmosphere - though I’m sure I was the only non-government worker in the place! There was a bit of muck around at the end when they lost our bill in their system, and made us wait around while they chased it down rather than just ringing it up again.

   What can I say but Terrific. Atmosphere was enjoyable and child friendly as we took our 13yr old son in. Yes alcohol is served but we don’t drink alcohol and didn’t feel uncomfortable. The food is top quality and service is exceptional

   Great all round. Have been here a few times for both after work drinks and a breakfast meal, both are awesome. Good range of alcohol which is ideal and breakfast was absolutely stunning. Staff are absolutely awesome and so friendly and accommodating. Cannot recommend the croque Monsieur enough it was absolutely gorgeous

   Its a very cozy place with very good ambience. The whole setup is good with lots of color. The fire is lit at the centre with drums on the top hanging, which all adds up to the ambience. The pulled pork sub, butter chicken burger and the smoked salmon with mac and cheese are really good with lots of fries.
