   This business is totally unreliable, unprofessional with poor communication. I dealt with Malcolm who just kept promising but never delivered. If you need your appliances serviced or fixed then stay away from this business otherwise you will be waiting for months. I had lost 3 weeks waiting for these guys but finally got someone else from Builderscrack to come and do my job.

   I recently had an issue with our Rangehood and the dishwasher. Malcom attended to both and I am so happy with his service, corporation and entire work. Once he attends the job he doesn't leave. This is a good side of his loyalty. but sometimes he gets delay to the next job. I completely trust on him for his capability. I feel lucky to find him as he attended fastest possible.
