Go there often for lunch. Great variety of food. Bento, Subway, spice traders, and more

Food court in the heart of Lambton quay. There are a few options to choose from. We opted for St. Pierre's Japanese rice meal. It was very nice and hit the lunch time hunger pains. The food court crew was constantly walking around clearing and cleaning tables. Keeping everything tidy. There was enough space when we visited on a Friday lunchtime. It's worth a look.

The Lambton Quay food court in Wellington offers a convenient and diverse dining experience in the heart of the city. Located on one of Wellingtonโ€™s busiest streets, it caters to office workers, shoppers, and tourists alike, with a variety of food options from different cuisines. You can find everything from sushi and dumplings to Indian curries, Subway, and classic New Zealand-style pies.... Despite being a relatively small food court, the quality of food is generally good, and the quick service makes it an ideal spot for a fast yet satisfying meal. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the central location, making it a popular choice for budget-conscious diners. Seating is available but can fill up quickly during peak lunchtime hours. Overall, the Lambton Quay food court is a great spot for a quick, tasty, and affordable bite while exploring Wellingtonโ€™s central business district.

An upmarket, attractive, medium-sized food court with street views from the first floor, located in the lower, Lambton Quay-CBD. There are about 10 stalls offering a small but good variety of cuisines so you'll have sufficient options for lunch (sushi, Indian, Mexican, Chinese, etc.) without the disadvantage of big crowds. There is also a bakery / cafe and a juice station so you can order your drinks and desserts as well. Seating is very comfortable whether it's a cosy nook for one or two, or a social table for larger groups. Public facilities are super clean and mod. All in all a very neat and handy retreat to meet up with friends or to relax and recharge one's battery. LSFC is easy to locate: lookout for the large sea-shell sculpture on the LHS of LQ (close to Midland Park), then look across the road to the red signage (Lambton Square and Eatery) on the first floor, above the ASB.

For my first time I was pretty satisfied! Great baked spud with heaps of sour cream and Mexican beans. Only let down was that the potato was preeeetty dry, gets stuck in your throat.

Baked potato - the works was great, comes with avocado, Jam, cheese, corn, red onion. It is a warm at the same time healthy option. Salad was OK, the beef was too stiff and the dressing too bland. We had smoothie - workout, with spirulina, kale and some fruits, very tasty!

Food looks good but service is terrible so unfortunately I didn't get to try it. Waited at the counter while 3 of the ladies pretended not to notice me. One of the ladies saw me 3 times and just walked by. Went to mad Mex for a salad instead...much friendlier service.
