   This is a great takeaway shop in Tawa. Recently they delivered fish, sausages and chips for a large group at our bowling club. Everyone was most impressed with the quality and quantity of the food. Fish were large pieces and beautifully cooked. Sausages and chips also very good. I have also had their Chinese meals in the past and they are always beautiful with fresh vegetables and very generous portions.

   I absolutely need my Chinese takeaways time to time in my life and we just moved to Tawa from Wellington city we had no idea where to go etc. one of my closest friends originally from Tawa recommended this place and we went there once then I think we go here at least once a week now. Price can’t be better, very reasonable and the taste + quality of food is great too. I’ve never seen the actual sweet and sour pork that has more meat than carrots…. Probably my second favorite Chinese in the city after KC Cafe but it’s def my favorite. The owners are so friendly and lovely too, I would highly recommend this places.

   Did an online order with these guys and though one item was apparently not in stock, what came was delicious and massive. the rolls deserve special mention. they come in many flavours beside spring, and look more like what you'd expect for a sausage roll log. I was actually sorry I didn't order one because the beef roll made my mouth water from smell alone.

   I’m hating this burger I ordered it was a cheese burger. Bun is kind of hard so that’s not good. The Pattie’s not the nicest it’s thin and tiny. No real flavour to it. Was a disappointing burger for the price that’s charged was hoping it was a home made pattie but I guess it’s not. Chips didn’t taste like salt was added so again no flavour. Wouldn’t normally complain but hoping they will do better next time and if burgers are staying the same I just won’t waste money on it. McDonald’s cheeseburger would have been better than that as it has flavour. Was $21.40 and definitely not worth it for what I received. Two scoops of chips and two cheese burgers. I’m not even going to finish this burger not because I’m full but because it’s not nice at all.

   Try not to indulge too many times but when I do, I come here. The staff are cool. My absolute fave is the fish. The batter is super crispy, the fish is flaky just the way I like it. They always add extra items of what you ordered.
