I always come here for the beef and onion pizza, it’s my go-to order, and it never disappoints. The crust is cooked perfectly, the toppings are fresh, and the beef has great flavour. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the service is always quick. Definitely one of the best spots in Lower Hutt for a tasty pizza. Highly recommend!
Absolutely terrible service from Pizza Hut Lower Hutt. I placed an order through Uber Eats and after nearly TWO hours of waiting (and three driver cancellations), the order was cancelled completely. When I called the store during the wait, I was told the Uber driver had already left — which was clearly untrue. Instead of being honest or offering a solution, staff dismissed me when I asked about compensation for the delay and misinformation. So after wasting two hours waiting for food that never arrived, I was lied to, given no communication, and left with nothing. Completely unacceptable and a total disregard for customers’ time.
Nice pizza and sides but terrible service! Orders a consistently 10 plus minutes late or they just forget to make all or part of your order

My friend and I were having dinner and they gave us the wrong order but never, we go back again through the Pizza Hut. I don’t like it the surface as well.

Talk about slack staff. Waited literally for 15 mins while 2 staff did nothing, one made pizzas and one cutting while the manager was too glued to his screen or who ever he was to serve. Wasn't busy either. Walked straight out after 15mins of just standing
Best Pizza i have ever had. They are now under new ownership and Management. Everyone must visit them. Much better than last management. Delivery was under 25 minutes.
It has obviously been through some issues recently with the telephone and web ordering including delivery issues. Seems to be improving. If I wasn't such a fan, I would have gone to the competition even though my family members have already done so.
