   Best KFC I've had in a while. I bought a family feast and my whole family loved it. Whoever, I usually get hot and spicy but they dont serve it here which im quite disappointed about.

   To be honest it was really great. Im in my 50s and dont usually eat out because I'm somewhat of a almond mom, haha! But I tried this kfc and it was great! Honestly, the only thing I'd have to comment on is the face that they dont have hot and spicy (which my son loves).

   Last few times ive been its taken over 10 minutes for the drive through operator to be ready to take the order then also a 15 minute wait for the order ontop of that. This definitely feels like a management issue as when I talked to the staff they were doing the best they could with amazing attitudes considering the lack of clear direction and instructions. The only reason this gets any stars is because of the great staff otherwise terrible management over multiple times been here

   Has to be the best KFC iv had was fresh chicken was crispy and not to oily chips were well seasoned and crispy. I ordered a burger with all the extras nothing missing and fresh. Staff were lovely and fast service,building and toilets were clean and tidy. 10/10 on this one best KFC iv ever been to out of my 40 years

   Would rate the whole thing a 0 if I could. They’ve recently hired a 15-16 year old for the evening drive thru and he couldn’t care less about his job and it shows. The foods always average but the service is so bad. When telling what we wanted to eat he kept interrupting with ‘is that all!’ Over and over again. We only ordered 2 things, didn’t ask what drinks we wanted so he got annoyed when we told him. Finally got to the only window to pay and receive food where we got the wrong things in our order and he closed the window before giving out drinks. This has happened before so we waited (I don’t know what the other parts of the job may entail) but him and other staff were play fighting right at the window, running around, laughing and just kept staring at us thru the window. After trying to get their attention my partner finally layed on the horn to get someone to us, we just needed the drinks. (Cans). Someone came to the window. And said ‘what do u want’ before we said we just need our drinks. Won’t be coming back again because this is now a recurring experience 11/08/23

   Worst KFC ever!! DONT BOTHER. Have attempted to get food here so many times as it’s my local branch, but everytime I try order there is some sort of issue! Either they are closed 3-4 hours before their set hours, they are sold out of chicken (ironic I know), or you’ll wait 20-30min in a packed line to be told they don’t have 2/3 of the stuff you want to order. Have had countless new management but they are still hopeless.

   Would rate zero stars if I could. Arrived at 8pm and found a sign at the door saying "Dining room closed, use drive thru." Waited in queue for 10+ minutes only to be told "Sorry, we have sold out of stock and are closing for the night". As I drove past, saw a sign in the drive thru window saying the store is open until 11, making it blatant false advertising. My brother drove almost 35min from Kaukapakapa, was equally ticked off. Will never be returning to KFC, you've done your dash and disappointed me more than enough times.

   Absolutely terrible service. On multiple occasions we've ordered the large variant of a meal, to then be given a regular but still charged for a large. The staff also have the audacity to act like we've inconvenienced them when asking for the large items. Would highly recommend not going to this KFC as they constantly screw up orders. They have a bunch of teenage workers on staff who clearly don't care about their jobs. However, in terms of food, it's actually not to bad, but sometimes the chicken has been extremely dry.

   The colnel has done it again with a stellar show up in Silverdale. Fast prompt service on a rainy day with hot chips and fresh chicken every single time. Wash it all down with a Coke and you are good to go
