This is the second time we ordered a pizza from here recently and the toppings are bare minimum, barely any cheese either which makes it taste like eating a piece of dry bread with not much on it. For the cost of these pizzas I think you need to do much better. They used to be good but lately they have had very little taste and very dry.

I recently visited Hell Pizza Northcross for a takeaway order and tried their new Tandoori Paneer pizza. I specifically requested that no meat be included, as it is currently a very holy month for Hindus—Shravan—during which many refrain from consuming any form of meat. The lady working at the store, who was also the manager, was incredibly understanding and respectful of my request. She assured me that she is vegetarian herself and personally prepared the pizza for me. The result was a delicious, perfectly made paneer pizza. I truly appreciated the care and attention she gave, and I highly recommend this place to anyone who prefers vegetarian options or avoids meat. Excellent service—thank you!

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Hell Pizza. As vegetarians, we ordered a paneer pizza, but to our surprise, they served us a chicken pizza instead. This was a major mistake, especially since we specifically asked for paneer. To make matters worse, when we brought this to the manager's attention, instead of taking responsibility and apologising, they started making excuses and shifting the blame onto the pizza maker. The manager was quite arrogant, even going so far as to say that "9 out of 10 pizzas are chicken, so mistakes happen". This attitude was not only unhelpful but also alarming. Their comment about most pizzas being chicken raises serious concerns about the risk of cross-contamination, especially for people with allergies. This is a major red flag for us, and we would be very worried about eating there again. We actually checked the pizza before leaving their premises, and it looked like it had paneer on it, so it was hard to distinguish the mistake at first glance. This just highlights the severity of their error and the need for better quality checks. As vegetarians, this mistake placed a massive burden on our conscience. Consuming non-vegetarian food unintentionally goes against our values, and we were really upset by this experience. Given the gravity of this error, the manager's unhelpful and arrogant attitude, and the concerns about cross-contamination, I feel compelled to give Hell Pizza the lowest rating possible. Avoid this place at all costs. Where team doesn't show leadership and take responsibility for their actions is an alarming signal of their culture and work practices.

Hi all, we grabbed two Hell pizzas for lunch the other day – takeout, of course. It's definitely not Italian, don't even try comparing it! Honestly, it's way better than Pizza Hut or Domino's. Yeah, it's that American-style pizza. I ate a bit more than I planned (four stars for the American style, though!). Service was quick and easy, no problems. The Northcross one's just a takeaway place. Hope it was helpful, cheers (:

Love their pizzas normally but today was disappointing. I ordered a Margareta w ham for kids. Opened the box at home, no ham, but extra pesto sauce all over the pizza. Kids didn’t want to eat it. I didn’t order pesto??? Ordered a purgatory with extra bacon and Avo for adults. No avo, no sun dried tomato and all the other toppings were chopped into tiny pieces. Very little bacon and only 4 olives on the entire pizza. Very little feta too. And to pay $55 for that! Not great.

I check their pizza crispy thin crust loaded with fresh, flavorful toppings that were perfectly balanced and cooked to perfection. The cheese was melted to perfection, and the sauce was just the right amount of tangy. Every bite was a burst of flavor!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this pizza shop and it was an unforgettable experience! The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The pizza itself was out of this world

If you looking for quality, excellent service, friendly staff and great pizzas, Hells Northcross ticks all the boxes. Been a challenge the last few years with covid and staff, so it's fantastic to see business thriving again. Just love the lamb shank.
