“Would love to share my experience at the Lower Hutt branch Dotti where I visited yesterday around 10am. I had an outstanding experience. Super friendly customer service,very efficient. Sorry I couldn't get the shop assistants name. Upon arrival at the shop she greeted me in a professional manner and was very prompt to answer my queries. Would highly recommend Dotti Lower Hutt if your looking for good bargains,ample stock n sizes plus an excellent customer service.”

“Went in today with my family as i saw you had a sale on shoes, was looking for some new kicks for the kids but unfortunately there were no sizes available for the ones we wanted - no big deal. The staff member that was serving us was absolutely lovely and really helpful, I'm not too sure of her name (long dark hair) she was working the front this late afternoon. Honestly hands down the nicest person that has ever helped us, she was so kind to my 5 year old daughter - my child practically wouldn't let her go. Also i must mention it wasn't just us that she was exceptional with, a few other customers came in while we were browsing around and we took notice how polite/helpful she was to every customer. This girl needs a raise and a promotion!!!!!”

“I recently visited Portmans after seeing a sale advertised on their website. Although the sale was only available online, I wanted to try on items before purchasing them. The customer service was excellent. The two ladies assisting me were very friendly and frequently checked to ensure I had the right sizes in the changing room. In the end, I was served by Lizzie, who went above and beyond. A big thank you to her! She signed me up in the system to give me the online discount in-store and even provided me with a tailoring service voucher after I found a pair of pants I loved but were too long.”

“The queensgate k and K store is my favourite clothing destination and always the first store l go to when l travel to the Hutt Valley. It doesnt matter who is working in the shop l have always been greeted with a big smile and offers of help .the clothing is always well displayed and excellent quality. “This is the place to shop! Every time I go in I’m always greeted by the friendly staff. Seeing their work ethic is absolutely phenomenal! I was helped out by one staff Vanza, only went in to buy 1 pair of shoes, I ended up walking out with $600 worth of goodies! How amazing!! I would 100% go back and spend more money!”

“I bought a gorgeous blue velvet paisley top around 5 years ago. It was a lot to pay for a top at the time, but it was so unique and I wanted to support local. I wore it on a few occasions and always felt great in it and I don't think it will date. The neckline however started to fray after a while - which could have been my fault because I did struggle to get it on and off - the neckline not being quite wide enough. Anyway, I enquired a month or so ago if their repair service could repair and how much it would cost. I also mentioned that the neckline was a bit small and wondered if at the same time they could widen it. Well, the did, and did a beautiful job and did not charge me for it. Emily at the Wellington store was a pleasure to deal with and their customer service is excellent. It's not the kind of shop I would shop regularly at simply because while beautiful - the clothes are expensive. But I will shop their again and look for that special one-off item I know I'll love and will last.”

“I shop at Mirrou porirua quite frequently, there is so much variety in clothes you always have to walk out with something. The staff are lovely too, they are not all up in your face as soon as you walk in which I hate but they were lovely to talk to when I needed it.”
