Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Was told before I even got to the changing room that a dress I wanted to try on was too small and wouldn’t stretch to fit me. I’m sure to you that meant nothing but to me that was absolutely humiliating and will have an incredibly negative impact on so many aspects of my life. Either let people try on the clothes they want and figure out the sizing themselves, offer a more size exclusive range or close your store all together. You have no right to comment on other people’s bodies. Also nobody likes a hands on sales assistant in a clothing store, let your customers shop in peace. Clothing was poor quality, cheap fabric and incredibly over priced. All in all the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had in my life, I’d rather buy my clothes from kmart
Super lovely people and such cute jewellery. The piercing was really fast and easy too.
