“Fantastic. Diligent, communicative, experienced. Went above and beyond. Transferred from another law firm and the contrast was stark. At one point my assigned lawyer went on maternity leave and I was smoothly transitioned to a new lawyer within the firm. The one bit of feedback I'd have (and this applies to all the lawyers I have worked with) is to recommend you develop an introductory piece about how to "get the best from your lawyer." Speciifcally covering the fact that lawyers are busy and follow a process. The implication is that clients shouldn't expect their lawyer to be on tap and will experience frustration if they do. So find a good lawyer and trust that they'll do their best by you and keep you informed as and when things happen. And Paterson Anderson is a good law firm.”
