“Tracy was awesome! I took some curtains in which had seen better days and smelled of cigarettes. She was honest with me about the possibility of not being able to get the smell out, and then potentially disintegrating with they were dry cleaned. For what it would cost to get them dry cleaned, I could get new curtains. She let me leave the curtains there while I had a think about it. I ended up not getting them dry cleaned and made that decision was the honest information that Tracy gave.”

“Roy did an amazing job of cleaning four long double-lined curtains for me. He got mould off all the linings, and the cat fur off, plus he successfully removed stains from when a rat got bailed up behind them. They arrived back crease-free and as new (they're 10 years old) within a week or so. He also took them down and re-hung them, which was fantastic, and he kept in touch well by phone to make the arrangements. I would definitely recommend Williams. As to cost, cleaning large curtains isn't cheap anywhere, and for me it was worthwhile.”
