βI came in on Saturday morning due to the strikes, handed in my paperwork, and was pleasantly surprised to be called in within just five minutes, despite the number of people waiting. From the moment I walked in, the nurse was incredibly kind and reassuring. I shared my previous experience where the needle had gone through the vein and I nearly fainted, and she took it to heart. She had me lie down, found the vein effortlessly on the first try, and made the whole process feel calm and easy. She even encouraged me to take the elevator afterward, just to be safe. It was genuinely one of the best and most comforting experiences Iβve ever had when having blood taken. Iβm truly gratefulβthank you so much for your care and compassion.β

βUpdating my review 21/10/2024 This was the least traumatic/scary sexual health appointment Iβve ever had. My doctor was wonderful - patient, calm, respectful, profeesional, empathetic. She gave me control over every single aspect of this otherwise scary process. Big fan of this clinic and I will be back for other needs. Review from September 2024: I think SWA is a great place that does important work. I don't love that they reschedule my appointment without consulting me. I also don't love that they insisted they tried to contact me about my appointment change when I have no texts or emails to that effect or any missed calls from them. I had already taken off work for my original appointment, so this is frustrating and damaging.β
