“Had a very positive and easy experience at my visa medical appointment today, the staff were very friendly and organised and the doctor was so kind and made me feel completely at ease. I was seen promptly and also had a great experience going across the road to get my x-ray- so convenient and great not to have to organise it separately! “I think it's fair to say that the transition to the new owners was a little wobbly and exacerbated by the nationwide shortage of GPs but my experience in the past year has been great.
