The guy at the front desk summoned help from the back of the store in the form of Kahi who patiently showed me how to use the instore online ordering facility to order what I was after; he was very helpful and waited until I succeeded. “First time in Hype Store Bayfair first impressions was the young guy (although with a customer) didn’t acknowledge myself or another group of customers while in there. Once the customers were on their way I waited to the side of the counter and no service once again and he helped another couple who walked in after me and the others. Then a lovely young girl came out from the back and immediately acknowledged me and so I started asking for certain shoes and she was amazing. I was looking at spending almost $700-$1k that morning but only stopped at 2 pairs as I was a little disappointed in the initial lack of acknowledgement. The girl name was Georgia i would highly recommend her to talk to for any potential customers.”
