For me the Barkers experience started in Palmerston North at the Plaza branch. The suits for the wedding were being bought through the Bayfair and the Palmy staff sent through the sizes I needed. It made the whole process very easy. The Staff at both stores were very accomodating and friendly. Barkers is a store on my cloths shopping radar.
I went in to get a suit and left with a magnificent display that I must attribute to the know how and skill of Zoe, absolutely brilliant customer service, I will definitely prioritise coming back here over other places.
I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Zoe, Ginel and Mikaela who made the experience of choosing a new suit (under time pressure) so easy and positive...the perfect mix of friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you very much!
James went above and beyond to help me out today & displayed outstanding service! We entered L3 lockdown today, and although the store is closed, James managed to track down my order & deliver it to me in the carpark of Bayfair. On top of that, the clothing was steamed to perfection & ready to start my new job tomorrow. Highly recommend the service & the products from Barkers Bayfair. Thanks guys!
We shopped at barkers today and met the new store manager, we have been shopping at barkers for a few years but todayβs service was exceptional! I would highly recommend going in especially if the store manger is there he was incredibly helpful and styled my husband in his own style, he wasnβt pushy and he pretty quickly picked up styles my hubby would love and finally got him to spend some money on good quality clothes he hates shopping but even walked away today and said, wow that was easy that guy was so helpful! Thank you for all your help, we are very happy customers and your service was awesome!
A huge thank you to Alex who went above and beyond to fit me out for Father of the Groom. He has excellent taste, a great understanding of style and Barkers product knowledge. Alex also delivered on time the clothing that needed altering. I will definitely continue shopping with Barkers.
Liz and the team were amazingly helpful with some changes to mine and my groomsmenβs suits, after the wedding was postponed due to the lockdown. Bent over backwards to make things as smooth and easy as possible- highly recommend!
Excellent shop, nice staff. Exchanged a pair a jeans that got damaged slightly outside period of cover. Really appreciated this and will continue to always be a customer of this iconic kiwi brand.
