I was dealing with a difficult situation of whether to opt for insurance claim for a quarter glass window that was broken by some thieves who had tried to steal my vehicle. I spoke with Gurjot once or twice over phone whose contact I got from a person I know and then I was convinced I could trust him and we fixed a time for repair. I got there on time and as committed got very good service from him. I got the best price for a new glass as compared to any other place in Hamilton and I had inquired about a dozen places. “If u need a mechanic Island bay motors are AWESOME. I drove to a lunch meeting on Friday in Mirimar from Island Bay. On the way back heard funny sound when braking. Drove by the garage 1:45pm had a chat, they had a quick look and confirmed brakes were stuffed. They had a cancellation and offered to fit me in. So I left the car with them. They rung shortly after to confirm disc brakes rusted out both sides and pads worn out and told me the repair cost. They got new ones couriered from petone immediately. All fixed and paid for at 5:15pm....3.5 hrs after I first had a chat!! Crazy good service. Lovely people as well.”
