Hayden & Lee are the complete credit to Dobson Preformance Service Center, very professional in their approach to sorting your vehicle out. I was made aware by another vehicle service center that my Volkswagen Passat Motion V6 3.2 needed a carbon clean, not so at all as Dobson Preformance found that the PCV valve was shot. Quoted & job started turned into an epic which they took on at their own extra time & expense to finish. I have had other quotes for work to be done on my Volkswagen & was suitably surprised by their costings which made their competitors look like cowboys. I've now joined Dobson's as a full time client for their service ethics that go a long way in my books.
I took my 2008 Audi TT 3.2L to Dodson Motorsport to get an oil service, DSG fluid service, Haldex service, and spark plugs replaced. However, I went on a road trip 12 days later, and 100km after the service, I was met with a minimum oil level warning. So, I pulled over and checked the oil level, and it was below the minimum mark on the dipstick. So, I referred to the service notes, and it accounted for 4.5L of oil being put into my car. The 3.2L engine requires 5.5L of oil, but there is a 2L turbo engine option for the Audi TT, and 4.5L of oil is correct for that engine. I can see how the error could be made, but it demonstrates a clear lack of attention to detail. The dipstick indicated that the oil sump was 'full' after I added 1L of oil, and the warning indication went away. That aside, everything else about the service was great with clear communication. I was provided with a list of potential issues to monitor at future services, which I appreciated.

The only place I take my r35 GTR. Michael is extremely helpful, and goes out of his way to explain things and do whats best for the customer. They are the experts in these cars and many other exotics supercars. Great having these guys on the shore.
Great experience all the way from the quoting stage through to the carry out of the job. Took the time to come for a test drive with me prior to engaging in the service. Dodsons completed the job for a third of what it would’ve cost me to get my transmission serviced and recalibrated through BMW. Very happy customer
