“Great veterinary practice. Have also been to the other clinics in Thames and found this to be the best of them. Could have lost a star due to an incident that occurred when I was there. Said incident was not a direct fault of the practice but could have been easily avoided with better planning. Issue was however dealt with swiftly and we now consider them our pets vets.”

One time my son's GP prescribed a very high dose of his Allergy medication to put him to sleep during flight. We know the intention. But the pharmacist was quick to point out the dose should not be that high. Doctors are human and can make mistakes too. It is a good feeling that everyone is doing their part sincerely.”
