    Lou was amazing! She took our booking last minute on NYE because our rescue dog refused to let us cut his nails, and we were beginning to get really worried. She was not the least bit phased by how difficult he was to keep calm and got the job done super fast and without getting the tiniest bit stressed. He was so wriggly, still she didn’t make one wrong move, and Chappie made it through the whole experience without the slightest scratch.
