“Dr Faidhi Kadhem is the Bee's Knee's :). Yes, you have to book ahead for an appt but when I was really ill and turned up, (I couldn't handle the idea of being driven into Tui Hamilton), he saw me, nurses were activated for blood tests etc, diagnosed with advice re ambulance call if I became worse, I left feeling more in control of my health issue. Dr Faidi is awesome. Thank you.”

“The doctors, nurses and reception staff have all taken good care of me whenever I've been to this clinic. You can't make appointments, but the upside of that is as long as you're willing to wait, you can see a doctor on the day without it costing a fortune. As long as you're enrolled with Tui Medical (any branch), it's about $20 per appointment. I'm not sure what it costs if you're not enrolled. I would like to see them be stricter on getting patients to wear face masks in the waiting area if they have coughs, but other than that, I'm very happy with the service.”

“John Sloane offered very professional and very friendly service to get my current insoles adjusted. He was able to modify them while I waited instead of spending a lot of money on new insoles. The assessment was very thorough and the insole adjustments made a big difference. Highly recommend John to anyone with foot or posture issues, running, cycling or any other sports.”

“I had a procedue undertaken yesterday under general anaesthetic which I had been very anxious about in the lead up to it. All of the staff I interacted with were caring and patient with me, and they did their utmost to make me feel at ease. Doctor Koya was great, the anaesthist was great, the nurses were very kind to me and attentive, they all made a very difficult procedure for me as comfortable as they possibly could. Choosing a urology team is an important decision and I can honestly recommend One Six One whole heartedly and honestly”

I have booked with most of the Doctors at Mclaren at some point over the last 25 years and they are always excellent. I'd highly recommend Mclaren if you're looking for great doctors!”

“Very impressed by the service so far. I called at 3pm in the afternoon, and the lovely receptionist apologised that the earliest they could see me was 8:30am the next day! (I'd been experiencing 3-4 week waits, or hours at the walk in, only to be treated poorly and spoken down to at my previous clinic.) I was seen straight away the next day, tests taken, spoke to the nurse about my asthma meds while I was there too. I felt repected and listened to by everyone I came in contact with, this shouldn't be a breath of fresh air, but after the last few experiences with doctors, it definitely was!”

Then Dr Werry came along and diagnosed it in a week along with diabetes. He retire and now have Harry who is REALLY great too. He listens and treats holistically and is really easy to talk to”

“I highly recommend NP Mark Santry. Mark is very professional and experienced and performs his duties equal to or more expertly than any previous GP I have attended. I was initially sceptical of the role of a Nurse Practitioner but not any more. If referred to a NP, you can have confidence in their ability and expertise. The reception staff are always helpful and courteous and I was impressed with the first appointment with the Practice Nurse who introduced me to the practice.”
