“I went and got my ears pierced on the 3/9 and the staff was absolutely amazing! They were so kind and helpful. It wasn’t my first piercing with lovisa but the lady on the day was the best I’ve had! I’ve completely forgotten her name but I remember she had brown hair in a ponytail and was working in the afternoon. She was so kind and answered all of my questions about placement with patience and was lovely to talk to and so kind and careful. She lined up and pierced my ears perfectly and did an amazing job! I hope you let her know how amazing she is!”

“After getting my wifes engagement ring custom made and designed by Jubilee 7 years ago (which they were incredible to work with for ideas to get it perfect) along with our wedding rings as well, the team at Jubilee still look after us all these years keeping the rings polished and checking the settings. All the diamonds were certified conflict free which was important to us. When ever im looking for jewelry for the wife and wanting something special I always go back here because they are so good and the service is always outstanding.
