The staff were not only highly professional but also warm, compassionate, and reassuring - which made all the difference in what could have been a stressful situation. “I booked a last minute appointment to come here which I found the process very easy. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and was warmly greeted with a “Kia Ora” by the reception staff. I instantly felt very comfortable as I am Māori myself. Everything following this interaction was smooth sailing.. I filled in the necessary forms and was almost immediately seen by the dentist. The consult was very quick and it was decided quickly that we would extract 2 teeth, this took no longer than 20 minutes. My experience was very positive and I left feeling that I had all the information I needed but also satisfied with my service. I would highly recommend and would also be coming back in the future. Atmosphere was nice, staff were amazing. Nothing to fault. I’m usually very against the dentist but I have to say this has been my best experience by far.”

“Great clinic! After being rescheduled twice at another place and over two week waits to get another appointment decided to try the Ultrasound Clinic. They are so efficient and lovely. Managed to get an appointment next day which I couldn’t believe. Staff are all nice and friendly. Unfortunately I don’t know her name but the receptionist has been lovely! She even advised status of my appointment and apologised for a 15 minute wait. Very efficient and great communication.”

“Penny was very understanding when I was late due to me going to the other Pacific radiology in Hamilton East. Facility is very tidy and the staff are very polite. As well as the doctor that did the ultra sound on my leg, she made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. Fingers crossed I don't get injured again but if I do I will be going back there.”
