The snare sounds and feels much better, the toms sound great and don't buzz any more. They also looked at the drum pedal and adjusted it so I now feel more comfortable doing faster bass drum sequences.”

The teachers, Emily, Augusto, and Ariel, are all quite lovely and so is the enthusiastic community that they've built up around the club. The classes are usually taught in blocks of 4-5 weeks and reasonably priced. The emphasis is on getting a solid grounding in the basics and then encouraging improvisation on these basic steps. This leads to less formulaic dancing and more interesting, individual styles within the community. Highly recommended!”
