In this course you learn to give a full body relaxation massage that takes around 1.5 hours. In each class you learn the moves required for a particular area and also information about the muscle groups. To be successful in this class, you must practice in your own time. The kaimahi are incredibly supportive, attentive and caring. They keep tamariki’s learning, development and safety at the forefront. They also involved us in the learning journey and made sure we were all on the same page. I couldn’t recommend Polykids more.”

I wish we still lived in Dunedin as the studio we have attended since does not match with regards technique, affordability, and supportive community feel. A absolute gem of a studio.”
