We had been involved with this team on a previous commercial building and because of that experience we felt there was no other choice to be made. They were courteous very tidy and a pleasure to have onsite. In fact they almost felt like part of the family. The alterations were not always easy but they had great problem solving skills and kept a good sense of humor at all times, Their building knowledge and skills were second to none and when they left the site after some 4-5 months our grounds were left as they were when Ferg and Johannes arrived. I hope that we never need any other building work completed as sadly for us they have now moved to Dunedin. We wish them well and to anyone down Dunedin way we can highly recommend the team at Smith and SOns Rennovations and Extensions.”
