I have since been told by a very officious receptionist that " she doesn't have regular patients" I never minded getting passed around from doctor to doctor before. Since that experience, and considering I asked for and was told I had an appointment with Shona , I was very disturbed that I was told on arriving that I was seeing someone else , especially galling when two other people came in and we're told " Shona will be with you shortly". I don't appreciate this sort of BS and will look for another doctor .”

I was directed to sit down again in the waiting room and after 15 minutes I was called to room 1. The doctor was so thorough with my assessment and diagnosis. I was so impressed with her even down to finding the chemist that was open the earliest to send my script to 10/10”
